Filling A Spiritual Void

The complexities of life and its relationships has left many people with a sense of disconnection and emptiness. This void has resulted with more of us rediscovering the essence of what it means to be spiritual and live a spiritual life. While some people find that their spirituality is linked to their association with religion there are many people who are now willing to look at and consider the notion of a new interpretation of spirituality.

Spirituality is the path of the heart. It is that intrinsic connection to the moment, to self, to others, your environment, to nature and life itself. It includes that deep sense of aliveness and inspiration, which also translates into love, joy, wisdom, peacefulness and service. The spiritual path teaches us is to look within and find what you seek within yourself.

This broader perspective of spirituality inspires us to ask:
  • Where do I find meaning?
  • Do things happen for a reason?
  • What is my purpose?
  • How can I feel more connected and fulfilled?
  • How should I live?
We humans are very complex and capable of far more than we give ourselves credit for. We are all on a path of discovering what it is we really truly want. My coaching helps you to identify who you are, what you want and how to attain it. And as your coach I will help you stay on track until you get there. Through consistent mentoring and coaching you can achieve the freedom to reach what you desire!

“If you’re an alive body, no one can tell you how to experience the world. And no one can tell you what truth is, because you experience it yourself. The body does not lie.” Stanley Keleman

A Chakra is the center of activity that receives, assimilates, and expresses life force energy. This subtle energy system is located at seven levels from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Understanding how our bodies are affected by the beliefs we carry is my message here today. This basic outline of the first chakra shows us where we may be holding beliefs in our bodies that we are not fully aware of. Chakra 1 - Root Location:  Base of spine .  Influence: Base of spine, legs, bones, skeletal structures, feet, rectum, immune system. Associative Color : Red Central focus:  Primal fears, survival, abandonment, physical needs and safety, nourishment, self-preservation, tribal power, lessons related to material and physical identity, loss of money, the need for logic, order and structure, the inability to ground and form boundaries.   The first chakra relates to our emotional and mental health. It is our primal instinctual connectio...
"But seek no haven in my shadow, I will give you no hiding place here. You, created only a little lower than the angels, have crouched too long in the bruising darkness have lain too long facedown in ignorance.  your mouths spilling words. Armed for slaughter. The Rock cries out to us today, you may stand upon me: but do not hide your face." Maya Angelou Chakra 2 - Sacral   Location:   Lower abdomen, between naval and genitals.  Influence: Sex organs, large intestine, lower vertebrae, pelvis, appendix, bladder, hips . Associative Color :     Orange Central focus: Creativity, movement, money, emotional identity and expression, vulnerability, intimacy, interpersonal relationships, power struggles, betrayal, our shadow, vengeance, greed, addictions, sexuality, sexual boundaries. The sacral chakra is the literal birthplace – where new life is generated. It is linked with our creative impulse, the birth of ideas, attitudes and our abi...

"The only thing that is constant is change."

The intension of this blog is to share information, contemplate life and to ask questions.  I do not claim to have any answers to these questions I ask. The only answers I have are to my own personal beliefs, which can sometimes change daily based on any given experience .    I s change the initiation for chaos?  Do we seek transformation or does transformation seek us? Transitions, letting go, surrendering to what cannot be controlled. "Everything must stay the same" a mantra that we all live with inside the human condition of the ego. If you think you can escape this, look again. "Yes, I want change to happen, I understand that it needs to happen but please don't let everything turn to chaos." Again I ask, is chaos the initiation to transformation?  Change moves us from one pattern into something new. In this process a pattern must be broken for the new pattern to be created. When something breaks, fragmentation occurs. The law of natu...
