Love “Love will enter immediately into any mind that truly wants it, but it must want it truly. Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find  all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it. Love waits on welcome, not on time. When you want only love you will see nothing else. If love is sharing, how can you find it except through itself? Offer it and it will come to you, because it is drawn to itself. But offer attack and love will remain hidden, for it can live only in peace. It is the nature of love to look upon only the truth,  for there it sees itself. With love in you,  you have no need except to extend it.” from a Course in Miracles “Love, Which created me, is what I am.”    Chakra 4 - The Heart Location:   Center of chest. “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” Marianne Williamson Chakra 3 – Solar Plexus    Location:   Between naval and base of sternum.  Influence: Stomach, upper intestines, liver, gallbladder, kidney, pancreas, adrenal glands, spleen, middle spin
"But seek no haven in my shadow, I will give you no hiding place here. You, created only a little lower than the angels, have crouched too long in the bruising darkness have lain too long facedown in ignorance.  your mouths spilling words. Armed for slaughter. “If you’re an alive body, no one can tell you how to experience the world. And no one can tell you what truth is, because you experience it yourself. The body does not lie.” Stanley Keleman

A Chakra is the center of activity that receives, assimilates, and expresses life force energy. This subtle energy system is located at seven levels from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Understanding how our bodies are affected by the beliefs we carry is my message here today. This basic outline of the first chakra shows us where we may be holding beliefs in our bodies that we are not fully aware of. Chakra 1 - Root Location:  Base of spine .  Influence: Base of spine, legs, bones, skeletal structures, feet, rectum, immune system. It is our primal instinctual connection to being alive and to

Chiron "The Wounded Healer"

In studying the archetype of a planet, an astrologer gains deeper understanding of the teachings of the cosmos. In astrology each planet represents an archetype or universal symbol.  In 1977 astronomers discovered Chiron, a comet-like body orbiting between Saturn and Uranus. This "planetoid", from an astrological perspective, is the archetype of "healing" and the wounded healer".  The discovery of Chiron marked the beginning of a new paradigm in the healing arts and our relationship with health and disease.   Since then, alternative methods of healing have become both more accepted and used, in some cases as an alternative for orthodox medicine. We are making great strides in our evolutionary journey of healing, resulting in the awareness of the body/mind/spirit connection.  We are learning not only how our emotional and psychological histories are stored in our cellular memory and affect our physical well being, but  also how our thought patterns a

"The only thing that is constant is change."

The intension of this blog is to share information, contemplate life and to ask questions.  I do not claim to have any answers to these questions I ask. The only answers I have are to my own personal beliefs, which can sometimes change daily based on any given experience .    I s change the initiation for chaos?  Do we seek transformation or does transformation seek us? Transitions, letting go, surrendering to what cannot be controlled. "Everything must stay the same" a mantra that we all live with inside the human condition of the ego. If you think you can escape this, look again. "Yes, I want change to happen, I understand that it needs to happen but please don't let everything turn to chaos." Again I ask, is chaos the initiation to transformation?  Change moves us from one pattern into something new. In this process a pattern must be broken for the new pattern to be created. When something breaks, fragmentation occurs. The law of natural order. This
" This morning I woke up and realized I needed to" break-up" with myself! I finally saw (again) how I have been holding myself back"
When we modify or adapt to serve a new or different purpose, we transform. When we go beyond, rise above, overshadow or eclipse, we transcend what we were and become something new. When we take transformation of our physical or lower perceptions to their highest expressions, the spiritual or higher state of being determines how this energy is directed. The conversion of these energies causes an alchemical reaction that creates a new way of perceiving and experiencing our reality. The "leaden" lower self (body) connects to and serves the higher "golden" self (soul) -  this is the meaning of alchemy.
